Talk to the Shadow Monarch NPC on top of the large building on Dungeon Island. Requires: King of Shadows title, Jinwoo sword, 10 Monarch Cores, 5 Monarch Essences, 2 Kamish Daggers, and 1 Shadow Crystal (all farmable from the Jinwoo boss in the double dungeon on Dungeon Island).
