God Tier
Dragon Goddess
Mythical
A new Mythical sword introduced in the Sea 2 Update (April 18, 2026). Dragon Goddess is crafted from materials dropped by the Sea Serpent and Kraken Sea Beasts — the same creatures that award the Dragon Queen title (+97.5% damage). Bounty affects Sea Beast spawn rate, so players are advised to keep their bounty high when farming this sword. Buffed on April 22, 2026 (Alx, Discord gold standard). Community poll (April 23, 2026) confirmed Dragon Goddess is currently the top Sea 2 sword — stronger than Ice Queen (~21k vs ~3.5k votes).
Shadow Monarch
Mythical
Shadow Monarch is the S+ Mythical sword in Sailor Piece with 999 damage — the strongest weapon in the game for PvP and boss farming. To get it: farm Jinwoo boss for Monarch Core, then defeat the Shadow Monarch boss in Double Dungeon. Massive AoE, top-tier iFrames, and crowd control.
Yamato
Legendary
Yamato is a top-tier Legendary sword with high DPS, large AoE coverage, and multi-stage crowd control. The acquisition process is one of the most demanding in the game, requiring specific race requirements, extensive boss farming, and a large Gem investment.
Escanor
Legendary
Escanor is one of the rarest and highest-damage swords in Sailor Piece. It can only be obtained through Boss Rush Portals with a 3% success rate, or purchased directly for 1,149 Robux. Its acquisition difficulty makes it one of the most exclusive weapons.
Atomic
Mythical
An S+ sword added in the Massive Update (March 25, 2026). Purchased from the Atomic Seller NPC on Lawless Island — requires 80x Abyss Sigil and additional materials. The F Move is unlocked via a separate questline with the Atomic Master NPC. Companion weapon to the Atomic melee spec (formerly Cid V2). Being buffed post-launch per developer Alx.
Abyssal Empress
Mythical
An S+ sword added in the Massive Update (March 25, 2026). Obtainable from the Tower Shop on Tower Island — costs 4,000 Tower Tokens (earned from Infinite Tower) or 1,399 Robux. Inspired by the Acheron character from Honkai: Star Rail. Developer Alx confirmed it will receive a buff post-launch. Companion to the Acheron melee spec.
Ice Queen
Mythical
An S+ sword added in the Ice Update (April 8, 2026). Obtained from Boss Island by defeating the new summonable Frost Boss. Requires the Frost Empress title as a prerequisite to craft. The V Move deals massive AOE damage with iFrames and ~2s cooldown — currently the fastest V Move cooldown among S+ swords. Requires Frostbane Clan to unlock V Move. Farming tip: Frost Relic (the easiest material) drops from ALL NPCs in the game — Lawless Island Arena Fighters are the most efficient source. 2x Luck event (active April 9+) doubles all Frost Boss drop rates.
Anti-Magic
Mythical
Anti-Magic is an S+ Mythical sword in Sailor Piece, inspired by Asta's Demon-Slayer sword from Black Clover. Introduced in the Anti-Magic Update (April 26, 2026). Get it via Crystal Defense mode: collect 5,000 Crystal Coins from the Defense Merchant on Punch Island, or buy for 1,499 Robux. One of the strongest F moves in the game. Move damage (Beebom 2026-04-27, 1-source): Z=24B / X=41B / C=71B / V=102B / F=235B.

This is one of 2 new swords added alongside Dragon Goddess. Buffed on April 22, 2026 (Alx, Discord gold standard) — improved damage output. Easter event ended 2026-04-22 11:16 AM PT. F2P Easter Shop route closed. Current boss farm obtainability uncertain — verify in-game.
True Aizen
Legendary
True Aizen is the upgraded form of the Aizen Sword. Following the 3/28 Atomic buff pass, criss declared 'TRUE AIZEN REIGN IS OVER!!!' — Atomic has now surpassed it in the current meta. Still excellent with high damage and low cooldowns.
Ichigo Sword
Mythical
The Ichigo Sword is a Mythical-grade weapon and the recommended choice for beginner-to-intermediate players. Despite being relatively accessible compared to other Mythical weapons, it remains consistently effective throughout the entire game progression.
Aizen Sword

The Aizen Sword is the mid-game powerhouse and a critical stepping stone toward True Aizen. It offers solid damage output suited for advanced players transitioning from early to late game, and can be upgraded to the True Aizen for endgame use.
Rimuru Sword
Legendary
The Rimuru Sword is built on a shadow-based ability foundation and delivers incredible damage in both PvP and PvE. It is one of the strongest choices for advanced players who have progressed past the early-game swords.
Shadow Sword
Mythical
The Shadow Sword provides excellent damage at high levels and is considered one of the best weapons for farming mobs and bosses. It is particularly effective as a farming tool in the late game.
Great
Good
Saber Sword
Legendary
The Saber Sword performs solidly in the early-to-mid game but gradually falls behind as players unlock higher-tier weapons. It is a reliable option for players who have not yet reached the end game.
Jinwoo Sword
Epic
The Jinwoo Sword is the required intermediate weapon on the path to obtaining the Shadow Monarch. At 2,500,000 Money from the Sailor Island Jinwoo Trainer, it is a significant investment — but necessary for players aiming for the game's best weapon.
Dark Blade
Epic
The Dark Blade is an early-game Epic weapon that provides an easy introduction to sword combat. While it has good initial usability, it does not scale well into mid-to-late game and is best used as a temporary weapon before unlocking better options.
Katana
Common
The Katana is the true starting weapon of Sailor Piece. Available from Starter Island for just 2,500 Money, it has a wide-range Z skill that can clear small groups of enemies. It is the weakest sword but marks the beginning of the weapon progression chain.
Average
Wooden Sword
Common
The Wooden Sword is the absolute weakest weapon in the game, typically used as an initial placeholder before obtaining the Katana. It is not recommended for any extended use beyond the very first minutes of gameplay.
Gryphon
Common
A starter sword added in the Alter Update (March 16, 2026). Purchased from Shanks NPC (Gryphon Seller) on Shibuya Island for 650,000 Gold + 650 Gems. Works well with the Alter fighting style for melee-focused builds.
Sword FAQ
What's the best sword in Sailor Piece?
Shadow Monarch, Yamato, Dragon Goddess, Escanor, Atomic, Abyssal Empress, and Ice Queen are the current S+ swords. Shadow Monarch and Yamato are the most-requested endgame picks for raw DPS, while True Aizen (S tier) is preferred for its low cooldown and easy uptime.
How do I get True Aizen?
True Aizen is crafted by upgrading the Aizen Sword with materials dropped from Aizen (Soul Society boss). You need to beat Aizen multiple times for the upgrade material and complete the related quest chain. Full step-by-step on the True Aizen detail page.
How do I get Shadow Monarch?
Shadow Monarch drops from the Shadow Monarch boss in the late-game raid. The drop is rare — most players need multiple kills plus a luck buff (2x Luck Event or luck accessories) to obtain it. See the Shadow Monarch sword page for the exact drop chance and farming tips.
Is Yamato worth using?
Yes. Yamato is one of the strongest swords in the game thanks to its high DPS, AoE, and multi-CC moveset. The trade-off is that it is the hardest S+ sword to obtain — requiring a Sea 2 quest chain plus a low-rate boss drop.
How are sword tiers ranked?
Tiers reflect overall combat strength considering damage-per-second, AoE coverage, special move utility, cooldown windows, and how well the sword scales with Haki and stats. S+ is meta-defining endgame, S is strong all-rounders, A is reliable mid-game, B/C/D are early game or niche picks.
