How to Unlock Moon Slayer

Talk to the Moon Slayer NPC on Boss Island (spawn opposite the rock). Requires 37,500 Gems + 7 materials from the Kokushibo boss: 16x Demon Remnant (8.91%), 9x Lunar Essence (3.08%), 4x Crescent Shard (0.70%), 1x Moon Crest (0.30%), 25x Upper Seal, Six-Eyed Demon title. Summon Kokushibo with 1x Upper Seal + 700,000 Money + 700 Gems (Upper Seal drops from Shinjuku/Lawless/Ninja Island enemies).
