Rune Dungeon
The primary dungeon in Sailor Piece, accessed via Dungeon Island after completing the Dungeon Master quest chain. Features 15 waves of enemies with a 5-minute timer per wave — players can die unlimited times and respawn before the timer ends. The Rune Dungeon is the only way to obtain Runes — powerful end-game modifiers that provide large damage, defense, luck, and special effect bonuses. Runes have levels that increase by completing more dungeon runs. Selectable difficulty: Easy, Medium, Hard, Extreme — harder difficulties yield higher rune drop rates and more XP/money.

Requirements

Strategy Guide
The Rune Dungeon runs 15 waves with a 5-minute timer per wave. You can die and respawn unlimited times before each wave timer expires — do not panic when you die; just respawn and keep attacking.
Difficulty Selection
- •Easy / Medium — good for learning wave patterns and reaching rune level milestones faster.
- •Hard / Extreme — higher rune drop rates and more XP/money. Only attempt Extreme once your sword is S-tier and your Haki is fully trained.
Rune Leveling Priority
Each rune levels up by collecting duplicate copies (502 duplicates to reach Lv50). You can only equip one rune at a time. Prioritize leveling Havoc Rune first — it has the highest flat damage bonus in the game per level, confirmed by the official Discord FAQ.
Team tip: Group runs (up to 4 players) are strongly recommended for Extreme difficulty. Coordinate so one player draws enemy attention while others deal damage from range.
