How to Unlock Observation Haki

Go to Desert Island and find the Observation Master NPC. Cost: 250,000 Cash + 300 Gems.

After purchasing, Observation Haki levels up automatically through combat use. Keep fighting with it active and it will gain experience passively — no separate leveling mechanic is required.
