Requires Primordial Bloodline + Time Tyrant title to craft the spec.

Boss summoned on Bizarre Island via 1 Dominion Brand (Normal). Time Tyrant title drops from same boss: Normal 0.6%/Medium 0.8%/Hard 0.95%/Extreme 1.2%, pity 175.
