Frost Scarf can be enchanted up to E10 at the Enchant NPC on Shibuya Station island. Enchants 1–6 use standard crafting materials. Enchants 7–10 require Diamonds (introduced in the Huge Update). Each enchant level increases base stats by approximately 10%, making E10 roughly double the base E0 values.
