A summonable endgame boss on Boss Island, added in the Ice Update (April 8, 2026). Summoned via the Boss Summoner NPC using Frost Relics + Money + Gems. Normal spawn: 1 Frost Relic + 750,000 Money + 750 Gems. Higher difficulties increase HP and drop rates. Drops materials needed for the Ice Queen sword crafting chain, including the rare Ice Core and Frost Empress Title. The Frost Empress Title (pity 155) is required to purchase the Ice Queen sword. Frost Boss respawns approximately every Summon only (1x Frost Relic + 750,000 Money + 750 Gems). If you arrive and the boss is not present, wait at the spawn location or switch to a less populated server. Many players farm this boss repeatedly for drop materials, so competition for kills can be high on busy servers.
