Strongest Shinobi is located at Ninja Island, in the Endgame Islands zone. This is an endgame zone. You will need high-level stats and gear before travelling here.
Strongest Shinobi respawns approximately every ~6 minutes (open world auto-spawn). If you arrive and the boss is not present, wait at the spawn location or switch to a less populated server. Many players farm this boss repeatedly for drop materials, so competition for kills can be high on busy servers.
Recommended Level: 12,000+
Players below level 12,000 will deal significantly reduced damage and may struggle to survive the encounter. Reach at least 13,200 for a comfortable fight.
