True Aizen is located at Soul Society, in the Endgame Islands zone. This is an endgame zone. You will need high-level stats and gear before travelling here.
True Aizen does not spawn freely — this boss must be summoned. Gather the required summoning items from preceding content and use the summoner NPC at Soul Society to start the encounter. Each summon attempt consumes your items regardless of whether you defeat the boss.
Recommended Level: 5,000+
Players below level 5,000 will deal significantly reduced damage and may struggle to survive the encounter. Reach at least 5,500 for a comfortable fight.
